The National Center for Scientific Research is pleased to invite you to the fair-related exhibition of the 15th International Scientific Congress CNIC 2010, to be carried out in the functional facilities of the Havana International Conference Center, Cuba, from June 28th to July 1st, 2010. The event will be part of the celebrations for our center’s 45th anniversary.

In line with the congress, there will be a fair-related exhibition in the main lobby of the Havana International Conference Center, the venue for the event. This will be an excellent opportunity for specialized companies, laboratories and firms, both national and foreign, to display and commercialize their equipments, medications, products and other materials related to the event.
The price of the assembled indoors modular stand is 110.00 CUC per square meters for the whole exhibition period and it includes:
- Stand assembly with modular 94, 8 X 2, 42 m panels
- Participation in all the activities of the event
- Electricity consumption up to 500 W
- Name badges according to reserved space
- Sign with entity name
- Stand cleaning
- Security of the samples in non-exhibition hours.
The minimum space to be contracted is 9 square meters (3 X 3).
If you wish to make your own design, the price of the unassembled space is 90.00 CUC per square meters for the whole exhibition period and it includes:
• Electricity consumption up to 500 W
• Participation in all the activities of the event
• Name badges according to contracted square meters
• Stand cleaning
• Security of the samples in non-exhibition hours
The minimum space to be contracted is 9 square meters (3 X 3 m).
National entities which do not operate with foreign currency pay in Cuban Pesos. Those operating with foreign currency pay 50%.
Location on the map will be according to application receipt and with the approval of the Organizing Committee.
Facilities will be offered for the contracting of audiovisual aids, lights, ornamental plants, etc., according to the rates described in the services form.
All the information regarding prices, participation norms, consignment conditions, customs regulations, etc. will be available at the Fairs and Exhibitions Department of the Havana International Conference Center.
